A typical staffing agency will prioritize requirements and hedge their bets. But we have a different thought process. At Daybreak, every requirement is a priority. Simply put, if a client has entrusted us to fulfill a position, what they’ve deemed important to them is important to us.

We’ve centered our process around the goal of providing our clients with three core benefits: excellent response time, stellar communication, and a competitive price.


Response time

We believe in building relationships versus reactive recruiting. With reactive recruiting jobs are filled with candidates whose resumes are on the top of the pile. It’s a race to the finish and your average recruiter doesn’t necessarily care whether or not they’ve found the perfect fit. 


The relationships we’ve built are a critical recipe for our success. By getting to know our job seekers, we truly understand their skill sets, their strengths and weaknesses, what motivates them and what types of roles they actually are looking for. By listening and keeping these relationships strong regardless of placement history, we’ve built an extraordinary network, and one that we can count on to get the job done right.

Another advantage to strong relationships is the ability to count on up-to-date availability information and quick responses from our candidate base. We're not strangers, so people actually call us back!

Communication

We're also extremely dedicated to making sure we're available to our candidates and clients when they need us. Job-hunting isn't a 9-5 task for most people, so our "office hours" work for you. Whether it's via email, text message, a phone call, Facebook, LinkedIn, or a tried and true face-to-face meeting, we will be available and accessible when you need us.

Additionally, we provide both our candidates and clients with regular updates. We'll tell you what's new in our sourcing efforts or whether or not we have new candidates for consideration before you even think to ask.

Pricing

Striving to offer our candidates the most competitive pay along with the opportunity to earn benefits while being cost conscience to our clients may seem like a conflict of interest. However, by virtue of the fact that we don’t seek the  obscene profit margins which larger established staffing firms seek, that's exactly what we're able to do.

Instead of the solution, we view job boards as the absolute last resort. Honestly, the candidates we work with probably don’t even use job boards themselves. Chances are our candidate is someone we met at a networking event, or had been introduced to by another candidate, or maybe we even outran them in a pit of mud.

The fact of the matter is, there is a very high likelihood a personal connection exists with the individual we present to you.  Meeting people, getting to know them, their interests, and their career motivation is an invaluable experience. And it’s not uncommon that we meet someone and maintain a relationship with that individual, only to find that perfect job for them years later.
