Responsibilities:


Seeking experienced Electronic Records Management System Integrator(s) to join our growing team in support of a Federal customer in Alexandria, VA.
Responsibilities Include:
• Develop an agency wide inter business unit governance model that includes the processes and organization structure to ensure best practice RM policies are being implemented effectively
• Assess current state eRM systems and make architectural recommendations to yield improvements for data integrity
• Review and update the eRM technical architecture
• Assess current work flow and document management life cycle; provide road map to future state
• Recommend, design, and implement new streamlined methodologies for processing information in various Federal work streams and business units
• Develop a systems inventory for the target-state eRM Program
• Document an eRM Governance model for the Federal Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process to comply with the NARA requirements
• Implement proof of concept for business systems for in-place or in-tool records management
• Implement the eRM solution chosen by clients in the technical environment through a pilot program for finite number of Next Generation systems
• Develop and analyze an inventory of business unit software application systems, standards and procedures that require records management governance
• Develop a records schedule aligned to the client organization’s records life-cycle
• Develop an initial electronic RM classification taxonomy
Skills & Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in a Systems Integrator role
• Minimum of three years with relevant technology experience for eRM systems
• Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining eRM systems
• Experience with Document Management technologies such as Documentum, Cassandra, Alfresco, or similar.
• Exposure to Federal Records Management Governance
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and carry out duties efficiently within established time frames
